The company

Belonging to the Interhunter Group, Hunter4Tech aims to accelerate the digital transformation of its clients through the selection of Human Talents throughout Brazil. We operate in a segmented way, selecting professionals in the areas of technology / digital transformation.

Considering the shortage of talent in these areas, we work primarily with hunting. We also have a consistent database of candidates. We carry out the search, attraction and selection of professionals adhering to the technical and behavioral requirements.

Our interview assesses the scope of the projects the candidate has participated in and their attitude towards the challenges. Technical evaluation is optional, through the application of tests sent by the customer or through the use of Hunter4Tech partners.

FOLLOW-UP

After hiring, in the first 3 months, if authorized by the client, we will contact the professional to check how his/her integration is going. We will send a monthly report, with the aim of reinforcing the positive aspects and suggesting possible support actions. If even so, for whatever reason, the professional leaves the company within the agreed period, we will make a replacement at no additional cost.



FORM OF PAYMENT

We do not have advance or intermediate installments, payment is made 15 days after the successful candidate starts.
